To be honest some people go so far for something and how I am obsessed to do that I am trying to it also.
one of my big goals is tonget very lean once in my life and I am about 16-17%(66kg and 173cm) and Want to go down on to 9-10%~60-61kg173cm.
So to reach that goal I‘ve decided to try some substances and wanted to hear y‘alls opinions.
And i do not recommend any of this; I am absolutey honest. I am just a obsessive 17 year old boy. Please never do that.
Currently 17,66kg, 173cm, 16-17%
Ritalin:
its my first day to day and I tuck about 15 mg and ate maybe 800 kcal.
I have 0 libido that I can’t even sexually arouse and its the first day. I don’t have esting cravings.

its expensive, but it killed hunger a bit und made me full of energy and confidence but i don’t want to try it again.
What do y‘all think.
