Struggled with it since early Teens into Adulthood,it sort of fizzled out a bit as I got older and started caring
less but spikes exponentially whenever I scroll Social Media particularly Instagram, which is why I dont use
it often because its basically just Lifestyle Spam 24/7 in your face

You just gotta realise being jealous or being envious is like chasing the wind. You’ll wish you had this or that and you’ll want something better always.

A reflection would be to take what you have and appreciate it because it’s the only cure for it.

Icl brah. I totally get it but I don’t really have the same level of envy, not much at all really.
For me it’s just a more what if.
You see people who arent facing the same struggles as you and are envious of their situation, but in reality it’s cherry picking traits. You’ll never see someone you can be truly envious of because that person would have no problems and would be living your ideal life, and that person can only be you. build a life that would make your old self envious.

Anyways nigga I’m currently on the charts since I finally got my bum off doomscrolling and I’ve already put in 20 hrs of observing
