The x ray was taken 2 weeks post surgery so I had a lot of swelling in my soft tissue.
I have done double jaw surgery 5 months ago. I had a high cut le fort 1 along with BSSO and septum deviation correction.
It was a great improvement but I’m looking into chin reduction as I think it projects too far forward (especially when smiling) even tho some people say my chin looks good! Also I’m considering ramus lengthening peek implants and fat graft under my eyes and temples. Maybe cheek implants are better but I don’t want too many external metals in my face so I’ll be good with the ramus implants.
Please tell my your opinions on my x rays and and ask any questions!

Thank you! I’m afraid rhino would look fake as most of them do on men! I’m okay with my hump. But I got a big nose overall, so maybe I do some adjustments to it like alarplasty or something like that! But if I’m not like 100% sure rhino looks natural I wouldn’t do a full blown rhino.

Ye, ur hump is not that big after djs.
The main thing is to have a good nose in front as I think

high cut le fort 1 is really what all people with an underbite need

I think it was 3 or 4 mm linear advancement but I had rotation too so my midface was brough forward maybe like 7 mm or so!
But i don’t know! I wish it was more to make my maxilla even more projected

It’s better than normal! But it’s not That big of a deal! My under eye areas is still hollowed. That’s why I’m considering undereye fat graft.
Fun fact: my surgeon had to move one of my infraorbital nerves as it was in his way to make a higher cut!

Wow, I've never heard of such a thing. I don't even know if this is a common practice.
Who is your surgeon?
