Self-help is absolute and utter garbage. Ironically it would be amazing for your self-improvement to not watch them. I have no idea how the internet fell off this hard, everything was so exciting back in 2017 and 2014. Gaming fell off way harder.

movies fell off, social media fell off, its just slop for the masses, jews kinda cared about quality but now its quantity
