My zygos are wide but not rly forward

Went from 23% bf to 16% bf now and my zygos look way more forward now than when I was fat

U think the inverse could be true? Im skinny asf like 7-8% bf do u think my zygos will go forward (as in like better fat pads) if i gain weight

I don't think so, because in my experience the fat that I had when i was at 23% bf was at the area below the cheekbones and above the upper lip

Since I lost fat, that area shrunk which made the zygos above them look more protuded.

7-8% is really unhealthy tho ( trust me, I've been close to that level of leanness and it's NOT worth it), especially if you're natty.

Try to bump upto 10% and see how your face looks and feels.

If your under eyes look really bad, try increasing bf.
