nac for immune system?

i have a very shit immune system and this is looksminning me hard im missing so much on life and its kinda cringe to be sick.

Would nac help my immune system dramatically ? PEople on youtube comment section say nac is soooooooooooo important for immune system. What are your experiences, thoughts ?

NAC has nothing to do with immune health. It can arguably help to “de-stress” your liver.
