two Iberico pork sausages and 2 potatoes = 600 calories 20g protein

200g 95% lean grassfed steak + 1 egg + 1 sourdough bread + mushrooms and aragula, coconut kefir = 550 calories, 42g protein

250ml 1% milk and gelatin = 100 calories 11g protein

1640 calories 116g protein

3 sourdough bread 4 eggs 250ml OJ gelatin :/ = 28g protein 830 calories

gonna have 200g salmon for lunch and idk probably a glass of milk and fall asleep at 6pm my sleep cycle is messed up

ended up doing exactly that fell asleep at 8pm woke up at 6am

1300 calories total but im soo hungwy this morning the fungus is begging to be fed

back from the farm this morning I had 500ml orange juice with 4 raw eggs in it and a can of sardines

now im enjoying 300g of this fresh killed beef

 
Day 13 semen retention I wont count calories today because im at my grandparents tomorrow I start again I eat way too much but I always crave nutrition especially raw cheeses and raw meats they make me feel so good I have no idea how really skinny guys who eat like shit do it and are not depressed and weak all the time they must have very good baseline gut health I was dealt with a bad set of cards from my parents

Breakfast : 100g parmigiano reggiano cheese, 50g organic natto, 6 organic dates, 100g organic bluebs, 250ml cold pressed organce juice

Lunch : 100g raw beef with mashed potatoes


Dinner will be the same with some raw milk kefir

100g glyphosate free oats + teaspoon of brown sugar

250ml skim milk + 1 scoop of grassfed whey
water kefir

575 calories


dinner

mastic gum
200g ground beef and 20g gelatin
200g potatoes
2 slices of bread
cultured coconut probiotic

800 calories


total 1375 calories
