I am convinced that there is no greater appetite suppressant than amphetamines (stimulant drugs in general), they used to be prescribed for diabetes and obesity but not anymore because muhh addiction.

They're incredibly effective. I lost 22 lbs in 3 months without working out a single time, only sitting down all day. I asked my doctor for Ritalin/Concerta initially since I wanted to boost focus. It didn't work for that, but suppressed appetite a ton. Switched to adderall XR, and now dextroamphetamine (IR) which is giving me both focus + appetite suppression. Eventually I'll work out to get the proper muscle/body, but for now it's been a really good shortcut.
