eyelids, both lower and upper ( ptosis/tired eyes ), bad under eye support, bad lips shape especially upper lips, you got a decent face shape but your lower third lacks definition and outwardness, bad hair texture, bad nose : no nasal bridge, bulbous tip. And bad coloring contrast as a whole.
