every bitamin except E is cope tbh. jist eat liver and drink raw milk

There is no "cope" vitamin JFL. There are always opportunities to learn more about vitamins and possibly create new looks.

Anyway, im uninformed about vitamin E, and I saw vitamin C helps with collagen production. I hardly eat any vitamin C foods, but I heard supplementation for vitamin C is bad. Also, does anyone know any vitamins you could benefit from megadosing besides k2, D3, and niacin?

all of them are shit

800iu vit e reduces prolactin by up to 70%

Glutathione (oral)
