All steroids are either testosterone or testosterone derivatives. When you start puberty your test and dht get high = your dick will grow. What is more likely that steroids do? Do they shrink your dick or do they perhaps make it bigger? Steroids also increase your blood volume and frequency of erections and the strength of your erections. Jelqing and stretching works by stretching your dick tissue. Having constantly stronger erections and more of them probably does the same thing.

I believe my dick has grown on roids. Almost 8" bone pressed and I can't remember the girth.

Throw some daily cialis on top of gear and it gets ridiculous.
I'm not saying they make your dick bigger. They may. They definitely don't make it smaller. Although ED issues are common because of estrogen mismanagement or prolactin related with 19nors.
