I had my first voice changes at 15-15,5 and that only because I have multiple autoimmune disorders which all impact developement. I only started developing once I got treatment for one of my autoimmune disorders and I entered puberty like 6 months after that (my bone age probably increased rapidly like 3x in that timespan)

And I wasnt low t, I couldnt enter puberty because of malnourishment which my aid caused.

Those stories of entering puberty at 16 etc is utter cope and almost impossible if your healthy or not low t
