If its not bone issues then good sleep, not just "muh sleeper longer" but getting good sleep and staying consistent with it.

Also make sure you sort out any underlying allergy.

Ice cubes will get rid of the puffy look there but not sure if they get rid of darkness also. I assume it would lighten that area up. I wonder if it might make a younger person lose too much fat in that area if it was done a lot however.

I tried that and it didn't help, OP needs a fat graft. Dark circles as I've known them are from a lack of bone/anything in that area to create sufficient space for blood vessels to pass through, hence the darkness from deoxygenation/suboptimal oxygenation.

Though if it's the dark circles that encompass your whole under eye area then I haven't the faintest notion other than steroid creams or something to increase localised blood oxygen/increase blood vessel size but I haven't looked much into it I could be waffling

I’ve tried everything including concealer. It looked fake and caked on. Since for me it’s a pigment issue I will have to look into PRP or fuller. It doesn’t seem to make a big difference IRL though just makes me look older
