Yeah don't get redder lips, your lip color is fine the way it is. Just exfoliate and moisturize your lips regularly and you should be good.

Tanning would actually help reduce your luminance difference making you more attractive.
I'd say get a genio/chin shield osteotomy/implant for your chin. Hairline could be a little lower imo.

Basically tan, increase chin projection, workout/eat healthy, and stay well groomed.

I think it would be great just make sure you have a decent physique too.
