I recently had my blood work done and it came back and said that there was a strong cross reaction with nandrolone even though I’ve never taken it in my life
I’m assuming this is due to some sort of contamination or mix up of blood samples but is there anything I should be worried about(cancer, tumor etc) if it was indeed my blood

You're probably just retarded and misunderstood what it said. Are you sure it wasn't just a testosterone immunoassay that made note of a potential hypothetical crossreaction with nandrolone?

“The abbot test shows a significant cross-reaction with the drug Nandrolone (19-nortestosterone).”

Yeah that's just a blanket statement letting people know the test can potentially crossreact with structurally similar molecules like nandrolones, not that nandrolone was detected in your sample
