society has lied to us again on what’s actually valued in society. Narcissisism and egotism isn’t bad. It’s just high self esteem and self worth (unless you get to insane levels of delusion but most people never will become this)

Society wants you insecure and putting other peoples needs and opinions above your own because it keeps you weak and in your “place” they want to make it seem like being a selfless angel is a good and great thing when it has literally no benefit for you other than maybe thinking of you as a “good person” which we know is a lie.
