Bluepilled chads who were on top of the social pillar and received positive feedback throughout their entire lives are usually nice people since they have no reason to be cynical about how their social interactions worked
Blackpilled chads (like syrian psycho) however who were bullied throughout their lives until they ascended via either looksmaxxing or getting lucky with puberty are narcy as shit since they've been filled with spite from their mistreatment during their youth. They know that the foids they slay wouldn't have bothered looking twice at their former selves and that they would probably call the cops on them had they tried to interact with them
