Narrow bizygo width

My bizygo width is around 13 cm (might be 12.8-12.9, yeah I'm serious), which is super narrow. For info, my ipd is 63 mm. Would zso with implants be a good way to widen it ? Or would both be too much relative to my ipd ? It's always been obvious to me that I needed the width. Obviously, Obo would be the perfect solution, but it's super pricey, And I already plan on doing bimax with cwr since I have sfs, genioplasty, and implants for my jaw and (like I mentionned) cheeks. I would possibly need temporal implants too, to not make the cheekbones look comically disproportionate.

My ipd is 6,2 cm and face width is 13 cm so your 100% around age of 14 or 15
