Title.

Over for my frame. Mine clavicles are almost same length as my hips, but only thing saving me is my square shoulders but it's still over

My shoulders are average or a bit wide but ye I have a blocky waist and hips so it’s over

If i didn't had square shoulders i would rope but now i can some what gymcel my way to little normal shoulders

Yes I have same problem. My pelvis/hips and ribcage are fucking huge. 22 inch bidelt so I got lucky there at least. My frame is giant in general but not in a way that looks aesthetically pleasing :lul: I’m spamming pull ups, pulldowns, DB rows, lateral raises, shoulder press.

Damn try 17-18 inch bidelt with like 1,1:1 shoulder to waist ratio, i have square shoulders tho so i can try gymcelling

If you’re skinny and don’t have upper body musculature then you can’t know how good or bad your frame actually is. Put some muscle mass on your shoulders back and chest and it will look better

How can i measure bidelt
You need tape measure and measure from one side of shoulder to a another, you can find maybe some video's on yt how to do it
