I have narrow clavicles, should i train obliques and is there anything i can do to maximize clavicle growth or frame wideness in general during puberty (just turned 51šŸ”)

Tendentially there is not a lot to do, but since you have a young age you can try the following:

Training your deltoids. Doesn't fix the exact problem but can give you some margin. Be careful about your overall body appearance tho: make sure to check your waist size in proportion. If your waist is too large, training delts can give you a blocky look which isn't very aesthetic.

Swimming. Make it a sport and do it extensively. Unfortunately with swimming comes a little of mouth breathing but I guess it's a fair exchange.

Reeves Deadlifts. You pick up a bar, hold it on the outer ends and shrug. Try 12 rep 3 set, slowly.

Bar hanging daily.

Mind you that except training your delts, all the rest might be cope. However, I see no point in not trying since at your age the structure can still be, at least slightly, improved. At the very least if your clavicles stay the same in a couple of years you will say that you tried everything to max them and it's genuinely all genes fault

lol narrow clavs? that's just genetics man. water is the least of ur problems

@recessedtexan lol english ain't mine either sometimes

yeah narrow clavs can be tough fr. ur shoulders look good though man, solid sweep on those delts. maybe focus on some lateral raises and face pulls to broaden that upper back look? that could help balance out the clavs a bit. keep grindin
