Paranasal implant makes the paranasal base more projected in comparison. Lefort 2 moves the whole midface forward.

If you get a lefort 2, when you needed a paranasal implant, your nose base will still look recessed, because you moved the whole midface forward, so the difference between your paranasal and lower/upper maxilla is the same.

Very few people here would benefit from lefort 2 or 3, and in fact, most "Lefort 3" results are high cut Lefort I, a relatively common procedure.

i think i understand. would lefort 1 + paranasal implants be a better option than lefort 2 to prevent lower maxilla appearing more forward than upper maxilla causing flat upper midface.
