I have what they call an eight teeth smile. How can i expand the dental arch. Orthodontists really fuck up the dental structures if left on their own. What appliances/surgery do i get.

get MSE(maxxillary skeletal expander) for the upper jaw (maxxila)

That just does horizontal expansion not forward big difference it fucks the harmony up sometimes too from what I've heard . I may be wrong

forward growth is genetic + mainly environmental
how old are you?
