if your palate is narrow, usually under 35mm and have trouble with breathing or you cant fit your tongue properly in your palate then your probably liable for a palate expander, just larp symptoms so you have a easier way of getting it, also your zygo projection isnt even at full maturation at your age so id stop stressing

also yeah a cant fit my tongue properly and i breath with my mouth usually when i wake up
