if they're low set I'd just chew on gum/anything hard really

Honestly kinda high set, my ramus looks short alot of the times but medium with lighting

if they're high set I personally wouldn't train them because it'll make you look bloated

theres nothing called low set and high set masseters but everyone got diff masseters because of how well is the bone wrapped with muscle so if ur masseters all wrapped around the bone then train them if not dont do it cuz u will look like a cube. also bonesmash ur jaw to remodel bone and hop on androgens.

for masseters really the main thing you can do is just to hard chew and if you really want to try BS you could all though it just creates scar tissue
