Narrow jaw and palette

Im 16 maybe a late bloomer and i have very narrow pallete and jaw firstly i wanna fix this because im still in a puberty so something might change but orthodontist still says that i need to get taller than my father to do anything with my teeth and jaw and maxilla. also she said i need to have fully grown upper second mollar so anyone tell me should i get a expander or what to fix this
And tell me what softmax should i do for my hair,skin and baby face

marpe expands the upper jaw widening your maxilla maker your whole mid face wider and your gonna use braces to align your teeth while it does that
