Narrow jaw hiding my ogee curve

I have zygo with good bonemass but my narrow lower third is hiding my ogee curve.when i look at the mirror i can see slight ogee curve from zygo but narrow jaw makes it invisible.what surgery to do?

How can it hide your ogee curve? Doesn't make sense ? Many people have narrow jaw with extreme ogee curve.

U probably have low oral volume meaning the skin isnt being stretched enough / loose skin.
