Narrow Jaw, surgery recommendations?

I feel like my jaw is narrow in comparison to the rest of my face and I feel like id be more masculine possibly if had a wider chin or jaw. What surgeries would realistically be best to counter this failo?

Yea you are missing some bone at the ramus you need mandibular angle implants this would definitely ascend you

I like this idea, thank you. And I know I don’t “need” it but I’d like to live knowing I’m as attractive as possible. And I’d say high htn is generally pretty high for me. I’d go low htn
