depends on your situation, but usually training the masseteres like @ToryToad said is enough, other than that u could do custom jaw implants when you get older.

because other methods such as towing biting can cause Malocclusions which makes your teeth look like yo grandmas. my point here truly is to just do it the most natural way possible, and ignore these course money grabbing guys.
