they are af, every day in the rate section I see these thin lips cel with nice bone structure that looks like someone cut off his muzzle because of this. then if you have a long monkey philtrum its basically a death sentence for your face

It's all about how a feature fits your overall face rather than the sole feature itself imo. Of course extremely bad failos like jew nose or being jawless are ropefuel but besides them it's more about the overall harmony rather than a singular feature. One could argue about how they impact the perceived behavior on the face though, people with fuller lips like Archie give off friendlier vibes and personality openness while someone with thinner and less full lips like Delon or Chico can potentially give a more sly and calculated vibe.
