yes there is a correlation between these, they often occur when you mouth breath, have your tounge at the bottom of your mouth for your early development, airway issues, and genetics

i would book an ortho appointment, and they will tailor it to your needs, or the more extreme route would just be a La fort 1, zygo implants, with a palate expander, but again get your orthodontics done first

Not particularly correlated a narrow palate would just mean a narrow maxillary i think

i didnt say i have a recessed maxilla. its just pretty narrow but not that much. i said i have a 8 tooth smile so
