Narrow palate because of lateral incisor hypodontia

: Im turning 17 in two months, and had my premolars extracted on my bottom jaw to align my bite with my upper jaw that had hypodontia for my lateral incisors. They brought everything together when i previously had braces and now i have a narrow palate with tmj issues, breathing issues, and underdeveloped midface. Am i cooked? Can i get marpe and denture implants? I’ve already been to the ortho who did this and they said I dont need any sort of expansion and everything looks fine. However I have a inter-premolar palate width of 25mm. I’ve yet to go to a airway-centered ortho. Will they save me?

ask for a double jaw surgery for breathing issues, u can find some thread about this, it basically explains if u have mild recession u can fraud ur way to surgery.

I just came back from my old ortho and they said my palate is proportionate for my face and any type of surgery is too invasive. Im down for the surgery to ascend but now i just feel like im stuck with a boneless midface. Does my palate seem narrow from the attached pic?
