This is my first post as a greycel
Whenever I mew my tongue overflows on the sides of my teeth, I have a 6 or 8 tooth smile idk, when I sleep I snore, and I have a cross bite, all because of my subhuman palate. I’ve looked into marpe and mse but from an aesthetic point of view I’m afraid it will fuck up my face. I’ve seen so many conflicting reports like some people saying it will turn me into a ballooned ogre or a chad or not do shit in terms of aesthetics. I’m also afraid of asymmetrical expansion as well. I heard of this one case where this dude barely expanded and his eyes started bulging out more. tbh my palate isn’t the most narrow I think I’d only need like a 4mm expansion. Also don’t tell me to thumb pull I’ve seen so many grifters support it and I have no idea if I can trust it, the only reason I don’t write it off as complete cope is because of Jordan wood.
Like genuinely what do I do about this
