I have wide a really wide face but my upper palate is narrow. I am 17 now and what will work better thumbpulling or palate expander.

obviously expander but if your gonna get one then your face might become too wide if you expand too much

Just do what your orthodonthic say tbh. And please dont do thumbpulling, it wont work, even when youre bone still developing..

Dont listen to any orthandontics bhai, did you see oscar patels transformation? Just thumbpull once a week and it will expand by like 10cm
