How narrow am I I literally took this with a iPhone idk if the camera or angle is fucked but should I look into fixing this I have decent jaw and cheekbone but a bunch of threads made me awear of narrow plates should I look into mse or what are the better alternatives any help is appreciated

consult with an orthodontist (the actual orthodontists not the retract extract big money type orthodontists) and talk with them about a way to expand your palate without any negative changes to your face,dont listen to people on the internet
