Narrow shoulders and narrow hips and narrow legs :)

If you aren't pinning your shoulders back, your frame is horrendous. It's the primary reason why you look so bad. You have some(very little) pec definition but your frame makes it look much less impressive. Also your pec insertions are not good. Do wide grip pullups daily, develop an actual gym routine. Do exercises to target shoulders to make your shoulders larger.

I don't think my hips look that bad. Can you suggest a sports program for me?

You have to do that by yourself don't be lazy. I don't know how exactly you respond to resistance training. You can start with this and monitor what exactly yields the best results for you, that's what I'm doing.


Also you need to eat a lot more protein than you are at the moment.

82 Cm Hips

1.82 Cm 67Kg

I have been lifting weights for 3 months and I have little improvement. Suggest a
high intensity stay in 7-10 rep range bench and pull up only
