Nasal Bone Growth Laterally

I haven't seen any threads on this, and is a very uncommon topic. Any clues on how to fix nasal bone growth laterally during puberty? Obviously can't get surgery under 18, so recommend hard / soft maxes.

Not nasal projection, the issue is the nasal bone growing laterally, making the nose seem wider than it is due to the nasal bone being thicker than it should be. Rhinoplasty would require removing a small part of the bone, so im wondering if you can do something about it without rhinoplasty.

If you want to get a longer nose or something, like the middle third %, that is impossible unfortunately

Who said you can’t get surgery under 18, you just need a parent permission slip.

Yes but im sure my parents wouldn't approve me getting a surgery at such a young age, let alone the amount of money for one. Additionally, you can't get rhinoplasty until your nose has fully developed, which is 17-18 for boys, and I'm not 17 yet.
