I have a wide nasal bridge. Anything i can even do about it without surgery? I can't even cope anymore. Its genuinely killing me because im not old enough

No, only rhinoplasty can fix this.

Idk if you have large pores on your nose but if yuo have them and make them smaller it maybe could give the illusion of a slimmer nose
