by raters i have normal maxilla like caucasian but my fcng asian stupid nose without nasal bridge make it looks like recessed

No just asking guys, It is for extreme cases for people with midface hypoplasia. Implants are generally recommended.

Like im saying i didnt recommend lefort 2, i was just curious. I have seen alot of things about paranasal implants and they look good. It is generally more common in asian countries due to midface flatness being common in asian phenotypes.
