Nasal Septum Advancement in Bimax/LF1

Yes depending on the case. It would probably be around 20K USD in Istanbul at this time using my custom precision system.
But isn’t Paranasal implants only moving forward the skeletal base? Like it doesn’t advance the underlying problem like the septum?

see its much better then

Maybe but I hope it doesn’t look uncanny because I have both the same issue where the septum needs to be advanced along slightly with the skeletal base

I hope with midface implants it doesn’t look uncanny cs I’m not getting lf2 or lf3

Probably depending on ur case tip projection rhinoplasty or paranasal implants is good for you
but wouldnt the method giant descriped be perfect for that?
I wanted to do open rhino with cartilage grafts and lefort 1 until now

Ur radix point/nasofrontal angle doesn’t look recessed I think the way to go would be paranasal implants with lefort 1 but I’m so surgeon so consult wi someone
and then open rhinoplasty with comunella lengthening

I mean idk I don’t think ur nostrils are that close to ur face so I don’t think u need comunella lengthening

@RealSurgerymax

Look I’ve found a result from someone who I believe did bone grafts for their nose

Wouldn’t this guy instead of benefited from septum advancement, bringing forward the nasal base instead of trying to mask the issue with grafts?

Thank you

How can one get a consultation and see if they qualify?

I’ve heard that lefort 2 is more dangerous than lefort 3? Is that true?

Not sure how many or who offers midface implants especially custom midface implants to pull the midface forward i need that badly

How fast do you think surgery would take for a standard trimax plus full facial implants (from consulting with u to the surgery date)
3-4 months
6 weeks with large rush fees.

I hit you up on Jul 13 and you still haven't sent the consultation link I have a ct scan and everything, looking to do this as soon as possible and willing to pay extra depending on the rush fees. I also have the time and money to get the surgery.

I don't wanna be annoying and spam you asking for the consultation link do I just need to wait longer?

Please bump the email and I will check.

Do you do smaller procedures like if someone just wanted rhino and Buccal fat removal
I am not very involved in those cases since they need no CMF osteotomy planning or implant design. But can refer you directly to some surgeons I work with.

Is it surgically possible to pull the nasal septum fowards during a LeFort 1 maxillary advancement?

The before/after bomax/LF1 results I saw seem to leave the nose in place as the bone around and below it are moved forward, leaving the nose flatter/snubbier after.

I don’t want to get that unaesthetic squished-flat nose outcome. Can surgeons advance the nose with the maxilla in one piece, or must the nasal septum be adjusted in a separate rhino procedure?
There is a separate things that are responsible for nose projecting - first being maxilla second being cartillage(and also nose bridge).

The girl in your example got better maxilla but her infraorbital/nose bridge region is still underprojected, she needs either infra+supra implants with saddle, or with rhinoplasty with bone graft to have a good nose. And also a seperate rhino procedure to lift the nose.

But i think just a rhinopalsty with bone graft would still look much better, and i think its better to make procedures seperately so you can actually predict final outcome.

Knowing what looks good is aesthetic/artistic knowledge.

Knowing how surgery works, what can and can’t be done, safety risks, etc. is medical knowledge.

Having one doesn’t magically give you the other.
Dude plz answer my pm and rate me :feelsautistic:
