I don't care if you're a Chad with perfectly formed nasal passages, you NEED to wear these while you sleep anyway. They have made sleeping so much better for me, I can't overstate it. They basically stop you from mouthbreathing because it makes breathing through your nose effortless. I get a much deeper sleep than I used to and fall asleep much quicker. I know I go into REM sleep more often because I have more dreams. I had sex dreams 2 nights in a row jfl. Was nice and it made me feel happy until I woke up. Anyway, This will help any of you who wish to prevent further facial collapse by not mouthbreathing during the night if you have less than ideal airway formation because it makes breathing through your nose easier and trains you not to mouthebreathe. I would wear them all day of I could. Be like this:
