So like I didn’t used to have this bs on my face but one night I decided to use retinol for my acne and out of nowhere these things showed up and I’m using Tretinoin now and they are still there and no I don’t have a recessed maxilla anyone know what’s going on or what

Retinol dosent cause any permanent nasolabial folds. Its just temporary skin dehydration and irritation from usage.
