nigga you could find a chad with flawless skin in the street and project harsh lightning right to the side of his face and he would also have the same folds you do, js search "light hitting side of face" and go to google images and you'll see almost everyone has them

only way to get rid of that is with procedures like: pdo threads, filler and fat grafts which is permanent or maybe a topical that theoretically adds volume like volufiline, even if it really isnt a wrinkle you're still gonna be adding unnatural volume to that area which should help its appearence

it's normal from the side I have the same problem. Temporary debloat or lower body fat will may fix it. This sounds like Tiktok water but gua Sha might help due to lymphatic drainage. You might not notice because of the lightning from the front
