Nasolabial fold and eye bags

Please someone help me I would genuinely hardmax, idk if i a recessed maxila , or it’s fat. I’m around 31% bf currently and my eye bags and nasolabial fold make me look old asf and I wanna ropemax every time I see them please help I’m 17btw 🤧🤧

just lose weight and go gym, BROOTAL
Losing weight won’t fix my FUCKING eyebags and naso folds nga and I went from 251lb to 164lb bchaniga

for the eyebags buy a caffeine serum and gain some better sleep try to eat as healthy as possible and lose weight

for the nasolabial folds we can try to soften them, use sunscreen, retinol, moisturizer and make sure to stay hydrated and create a good skincare routine

and also sleep properly

if you lose ur bodyfat your face can look tighter, your jawline can be improved with this and we can see your facial features way better because based on how bloated and high your bf is we can't do a lot with it rn

go for a 10-14% BF and become a gymcel

based on what im reading if you just turn into a gymcell, take better care of ur hair and some skincare to fix skincare texture you're probably gonna look good if your features are there to back it up

Okay thank you and also do u think the cause of my eyebags and nasolabial fold is bc my maxila is recessed ?and for my skin care I’ve been using a toner and 10% niacinamide and a moisturizer and a sunscreen for about a month now hopefully it’ll improve

a month won't cut it, you're gonna need at least 6-12 months since you're indian your skin texture is really dense and it's going to take long but give it time

you're going to improve based on now i don't think your facial features are that cooked you can gain some appeal

btw if you genuinely want to fix that hideous build of yours you have to lay off the indian food deadass cuz its just mad oily and has way too many calories and is just mainly carbs all south asians have the same skinny fat build and its cuz of the food not “genetics”

100% you’re spot on but I hopped on Reta like 6 months ago and lost about 90lb and was still eating Indian food now I’ve switched to a more meat heavy diet with basically no carbs and prob gonna hop on hgh soon for skin and gym benefits
 
yeh bro indian diet is slop, especially the veg dishes dont eat jeet slop eat red meat, eggs, fruit, potatoes, etc etc yk the good test building food
