Nasolabial fold

I have a nasolabial fold on one side of my face but the other side of my face not so much, it’s more noticeable in the mirror. Is this a fat issue or a recessed issue?

Side note: I have some downward growth, flat maxilla, recessed chin, recessed infras among other things. I plan on getting a lot of surgery but is this something trimax can fix?

it means your oclussion is shifted. one side bites first and posteriorly the other one bites last and anteriorly. and the fold is caused by bimax protrusion
