Nasolabial folds (aqualyx vs filler)

Question:


to fix nasolabial folds would it be better to:

-do a diy lipolysis with aqualyx (injected on the fat from the malar fatpad that is drooping)

or

-just go get some filler in the canine fossa.

ive seen good results online from both treatments,
any suggestions?

Lipolysis doesn’t address the underlying structural loss. Filler is more effective because it restores support under the fold. Also aqualyx can cause contour irregularities and fibrosis there.

i am starving myself but even when i was lean i had the folds so yeah
