Is it worth it?
There is a chance it might fix it or make it worse
I will post a thread with pics of the folds in a couple days cause I already got aqualyx here might aswell use it.

Do you have folds or fat there? If so, you can try to make them bigger by removing fat in that area.

You should seriously consider PDO threads. Read Orс's guide. You can also use soft fillers.

You can try to make the fat layer smaller in those areas where the tissues are lowered, but do it carefully, as the volume in the folds area is critically important for you.
