I am not talking about these type of naso folds:

shit like that is a death tier failo tbh. looks like your old asf, not a good health and youth indicator.

the small folds around the nose is NOT A FAILO. everyone has it from birth. it's more abnormal not to have them, since everyone has them. they are part of the facial anatomy.



jfl at me asking how to remove nasofolds when they look like the bottom pic tbh

the dent next to your nose is called the piriform fossa, it's not considered a nasolabial fold until the fat actually starts folding into it, that's where the name comes from.


remember to not inject filler into this area, nasolabial folds aren't caused by a loss of volume here, they're caused by the fat pad below the eyes migrating downwards, hence why they're virtually always combined with under-eye hollowing as you can see on the first woman, it will just make the area look heavy, you have to dissolve the fat that's folding into the space.

only thing you can do is keep removing the fat that accumulates.
