basically what is the problem and how do I get rid of this mess
I didn't look like this until a couple of months ago around when I stopped taking regular cold showers funnily enough

absolute worst possible lighting but probably in it a few times a day

Retin-a and dermarolling
Sunscreen too
You'll lose some fat from under your eyes from retin A but its worth it to get rid of folds

The root problem is a non projected maxilla though to look into that
