How can I tell if I need to inject fat dissolver for smile lines or not. Basically I’m just wondering if the result is from fat migrating from my under eyes to my nasolabial folds or if I just have no volume in that area

If your nasolabial folds are deep because of sagging midface fat, dissolving won’t fix it you actually lack support, not excess fat.

Real dark moggers look better with smile lines like Brian Moser

You just have a shitty maxilla

Or you have deep canine fossa

The lines are caused by lack of support from bone structure.

If you have weak or low set cheekbones, your face will look permanently puffy and saggy (unless you are extremely ripped and lean).

Fat dissolvers could help but it will make you look older later on. The actual root problem is your bone structure (maxilla and cheekbones mostly)
