Nasolabial folds while maxilla is fairly projected

What is the best fix for this? I did lose 30 kg so maybe thats the cause , should i get into fat grating , face lift ? Or what can i do to fix this?

yes, i mean i have seen some good facelifts and some go horrible. i wouldnt get it if you arent like 65+

got them too tho my maxilla is like one of my best features
